For over a decade now, I've been immersed in the world of filmmaking, travelling across the globe for my craft. My journey began by second-shooting weddings early in my career, eventually leading me into the realm of commercial filmmaking.
While I thoroughly enjoy my role as a freelance director of photography, there's a part of me that longs for the intimate connection of wedding films again. That's why, in 2024, I relaunched Story at Heart to complement my commercial endeavours.
My extensive background includes collaborating with renowned brands like Playstation, JBL & Boosch, which has equipped me with a wealth of cinematic techniques.
Describing my style as a documentary, I understand the apprehension that comes with staged poses on your wedding day. Having experienced such weddings myself, I avoid imposing such artificial setups. Instead, I prefer to work in the background, capturing the authentic moments that define your special day. I prioritize respecting the natural flow of events and never intruding on your moments.
What I find most fulfilling about this work is crafting a cohesive narrative and witnessing the unfolding of each couple's unique story.
