Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

Entrants must be 18 years or older.
The contest is open to couples getting married between 1st Nov 2024 and 1st Nov 2025 .
Only one entry per couple is permitted.

2. How to Enter

To enter, sign up for our newsletter via the official form on this webpage in full.
Entries must be received by 1st November 2024.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

3. Prize

The winner will receive a full-day wedding filming experience, including:

Full-day videography on the wedding day.
A cinematic highlight reel.
A documentary-style approach with no staging.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
Travel costs may apply for weddings outside of the service area (within a 50-mile radius of Oxford).

4. Winner Selection

The winner will be chosen at random and announced on 15th November 2024.
The winner will be notified via email and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the specified period will result in forfeiture, and another winner will be selected.

5. Wedding Filming Date

The prize must be used for a wedding between 1st Nov 2024 and 1st Nov 2025. If the wedding is postponed or canceled, the prize will be forfeited.

6. Usage of Content

By entering, the winner agrees that their wedding footage may be used for promotional purposes by Story At Heart, including on the website, social media, and marketing materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

Story At Heart is not responsible for technical issues, entries lost in transmission, or any other malfunctions that may prevent participation in the contest.
The prize is provided “as is” without any warranties.

8. Right to Cancel

Story At Heart reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its control.
